1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Wrenzaltov (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice plus Cookie Policy. If you don't accept them, please stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility, user accounts, and limits

You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You confirm you are not in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited. We may refuse service, apply KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or breach. You are responsible for accurate profile information and for safeguarding credentials.

3. Services, third-party providers, and risk

We may point you to or explain third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Results from the past do not ensure future outcomes. You are fully responsible for your choices and any taxes owed.

4. Charges, acceptable use, and intellectual property

Any fees will be displayed at checkout. You may not misuse the Services, including by posting illegal content, spreading malware, scraping without permission, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where the law allows it. All Platform materials and trademarks stay ours or our licensors'; you are granted a limited, revocable licence to use them as provided.

5. Warranties disclaimer and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of C190 C$ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnification, account hold, and ending access

You agree to cover us for claims resulting from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms. We may pause or end access for violations, risk concerns, or legal reasons. Sections that remain in effect include liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.
